Vision

The Department of chemistry is devoted to encourage the broadcast and most liberal manner of advancing science, particularly chemistry through student-friendly, scholastic method of education. It is committed to helping each student to achieve their personal academic potential by creating an environment that promotes frequent interaction between faculty and students, independence of thought, exchange of ideas and high moral standard. It strives to develop innovative instructional techniques in lecturers and lab activities. It provides high standard of content knowledge, communication skills, which can demonstrate science as a human endeavor to understand the natural world in all its manifestations. The members of the faculty play the roles of the resource persons for not only the students but for the society at large.
